Option 1 Essential Package
This package is for clients setting up a nursery for the first time and are maybe restricted to a budget in their start-up costs. Support in our Essential package consists of:-
Memory stick containing a complete library of all documents and forms required to set up a children's day nursery such as:-
- Policies and procedures
- General day to day forms
- Staff forms
- Parents Forms
- Health and Safety forms
- Staff and parents contracts
- 2. 5 hours consultancy time
Option 2 Comprehensive Package
Our Comprehensive Packages provides support from the start of planning a new nursery right through to the Nursery opening up and includes:-
- Assisting with Layout/Design of Nursery
- Ensuring nursery is compliant with all regulations and standards
- Liaising with Care Commission/Ofsted and assisting with registration
- Sourcing equipment according to budget
- Marketing
- Staff Recruitment
- Senior Management Induction
- Policies and Procedures
- Providing all relevant paperwork
- Liaising with Government and External Agencies
- Layout and setting out of nursery equipment
- Asisting with open day for Nursery prior to Opening
- Advice on Staff Training
- Flash Drive and manual with templates of all forms, policies and procedures etc
Aftercare
- Quality Assurance Audit 6 months after date of Nursery opening
- Recruitment Audit 6 months after date of nursery opening
- Conduct Parent and staff questionnaires with feedback
- Consultancy service for one month after date of opening of nursery
