Our client is looking for an Experienced nursery manager to run their nursery in the Guildford area. Applicants should have at least 2 years management experience. Applicants should have good communication skills together with good working knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage and Ofsted's regulations and inspection criteria. Applicants should be able to carry out all duties in respect of the day to day running of a nursery to include:
- Staff recruitment and retention
- Policies and procedures
- Financial aspects
- Marketing and business development
- Health and Safety of the nursery
- Partnerships with parents
- Liaising with outside agencies
- Curriculum
- Maintaining all relevant paperwork and checks
- All other aspects of a manager's job description
