Our client is looking for an experienced Nursery Manager for their nursery based in Essex.
Duties to include: Day to day running of nursery, ensuring the safety of children within the nursery, preparing and meeting budgets, applying for grants, business development, staff recruitment and retention, staff training, staff discipline, monitoring quality of care for the children, liaising with external organisations, maintaining a high level of record keeping for all areas of the nursery
Qualifications: NNEB, HNC, BTEC, NVQ3, SVQ3, CQSN, CACHE3 teaching certificate; together with (or be willing to work towards) PDA, degree in childcare or SVQ/NVQ4 with a minimum 2 years' experience fully qualified experience and 2 years' relevant supervisory/management experience.
Salary dependent on experience
