Our client is looking for a qualified and experience Nursery Manager for their nursery based in Chiswick W4
As part of the management team you will be responsible for the leadership and management of your nursery’s staff team whilst also being accountable for the overall management – customer care, financial, regulatory and quality – of your own nursery.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:
· You should have five years qualified experience, at least two of which should be as part of the management team.
· You must demonstrate leadership, financial acumen, working knowledge of Ofsted’s Standards as well as excellent communication skills.
· Your parent relations and your understanding of key care and education issues in the nursery should be proven.
· Finally you should be able to multi-task, delegate effectively and be a role model practitioner.
