Nursery Manager Becton E6

We are looking for a qualified and experienced  Childcare Practitioner to manage a busy nursery in Becton East London.You will be qualified to level 3 or above in Childcare and have a proactive and professional approach to your role. A good communicator both written and verbal, exemplary role model who can mentor and monitor a staff team. A working knowledge of legislative requirements and standards such as Ofsted inspections, Health and Safety, Child protection is desirable. You will be a team player keen to ensure your nursery runs to high standards and good practise   is encouraged throughout the setting. You will be familiar with EYFS and it's implementation.
