Our registration procedure for all nursery staff looking to register with us includes the candidate providing us with the following information/documents:-
- NurseryManagers.com completed Registration form
- Completed Medical questionnaire form
- Qualification certificates must be supplied
- CV must be completed together with reason for any gaps in employment
- Details of referees for the past 3 years will be checked
- Birth Certificate or passport checked
- Candidates must provide proof of their eligibility to work in the UK (visa's etc)
- Provide a current utility bill addressed to the candidate at their current address
