Our clients are looking to recruit 3 Deputy Managers to work in their existing and New start up nursery in Essex.
You will have previous experience in working in a management role such as Room Supervisor or already have Deputy experience. With at least 3 years post qualifying experience in Nursery setting you will be a pro-active and well motivated childcare professional who delivers exceptional childcare practise. A knowledge of EYFS is essential and you need to be confident in being able to take responsibility in the absence of the Manager. You will work closely with the Management team and ensure that all legislation is adhered too by yourself and the staff. A good written and verbal communicator who can liaise with parents, children, staff and other professionals as requ ired.A good role model who rises to new challenges with enthusiasm to ensure good practise is delivered at all times
