This part of our service is for nurseries that have maybe received unsatisfactory Ofsted/Care Commission reports or have received enforcement or improvement notices from Ofsted or the Care Commission. We can provide vital support for the nursery covering areas such as:-
- Carrying out confidential staff 1 to 1's to get feedback from staff
- Reviewing policies and procedures to ensure the safe running of the nursery
- Provide staff training to ensure all staff are aware and up to date with all nursery requirements
- Ensuring all requirements, improvements and enforcements are carried out
- Carrying out recruitment and quality assurance audits
- Providing written evidence of all staff training/changes etc for presentation to Ofsted/Care Commission and parents
- Supporting the Manager in carrying out all changes
